When you use the contact form or email or phone us, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, organisation, phone number and your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo or call.
- To send you a quote or follow up on what you asked about.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and, where you ask us to do something before a contract, steps taken at your request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We may use service providers to run our email, hosting and form handling, and they may only use it to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for up to two years afterwards, unless we start working together, in which case we keep them as long as the relationship and our legal duties require.
Cookies and fonts
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.
